All classes are an eclectic blend of Hatha,
Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga. Each class consists of classic Hatha Yoga asanas (postures) often in vinyasa (a steady flow of
postures linked with breath), Kundalini inspired sets, pranayama (breath-work), mantra (chanting), meditation, and information
and awareness on the chakras (energy centers of the body). The fundamentals of yoga asana: alignment, awareness of breath,
balance, strength and flexibility are emphasized.
